Scope of Inspecrtion
Milk Powder, Butter, Cheese and Drums of AMF in Containers
•
Sampling of product
• Inspection of product at the packing
store, checking for labelling, marks, and other contract requirements,
placing "inspected" stickers on random pallets, and taking
photographs for reporting
• Check product, storage and container
temperature settings for Cheese and Butter shipments
• Inspection
of Empty Containers, and seek replacement for any that maybe unsuitable
• Witness loading
• Note details of any damages and
replacements
• Seal containers
• Obtain store
paperwork
• Obtain Quality results, and /or conduct Independent
analysis as required
• Check quality results against the
contract specifications
• Obtain final documentation
• Issue final inspection report
Milk Powder and Drums of AMF in Bulk on General Cargo Vessel's
• Sampling of product
• Inspection of product at the
packing store, checking for labelling, marks, and other contract requirements,
placing "inspected" stickers on random pallets, and taking
photographs for reporting
• Obtain Vessel's stowage plan
• Check product, storage and vessel's hold temperature settings
for Cheese and Butter shipments
• Inspection of Vessel's
Holds and hatch covers
• Witness loading
• Note
details of any damages and replacements
• Obtain store paperwork
• Obtain Quality results, and /or conduct Independent analysis
as required
• Check quality results against the contract
specifications
• Obtain final documentation
• Issue final inspection report
Bulk Tallow, Mollasses and Other Vegetable Oil Shipments
• Full, loading / discharging Quantity surveys, including shore
measurements, ship's tanks inspection as per FOSFA guidelines, and
quantity measurements.
• Sampling and analysis
• Full loading / discharging superintendence
• Issuing of required documentation including documents required
by LC.
• Supervision and quantity verification of loadings / discharges
by Road Tankers or drums. |
